Promising singer Ananya Joyita got the opportunity to render last composed songs of late Alauddin Ali. Joyita recently released her new song titled Ek Somudro Jol. AH Limon wrote lyrics of the song while Tomal Hasan has composed its music. J Juhi has made music video of the song, which was released on YouTube channel, Ananya Joyita on the occasion of the National Mourning Day. While talking about the song Joyita said, “In the month of Srabon,
I have rendered this song. I hope listeners will enjoy the song. I am getting slightly response now.
Mother is my inspiration to release the song. The listeners who like my songs
I am grateful to them. Everybody prays for me.”
Joyita is daughter of Associate Professor of Department of Political Science of University of Dhaka, Dr Mukta Saha. She got primary training in music from her mother. To impress with the voice of Joyita, Alauddin Ali composed four songs for her before death. With the compilation of those four songs an album of Joyita titled Praner Manush was released on December 23, 2020.
