A woman allegedly committed suicide by taking poison after poisoning her 5-year old son to death at Bheramara village in Bangura upazila on Sunday noon. The deceased were identified as Rubina Khatun, 30, wife of Abdul Alim fo the village and their son Rahul. Abdur Razzak,
officer-in-charge of Bhanghura Police Station, said, Rubina took poison along with her son at the noon at her house over family feud and fell sick.
They were rushed to Bangura Upazila Health Complex. As their condition deteriorated, they were shifted to Pabna General Hospital where they died.
