Mostafa-Hakim Welfare Foundation to renovate graveyards at 22 mahallas

Former Mayor of Chattogram City Corporation M Manzoor Alam told that Hefjakhana and Orphanage will be constructed by renovating the Janajah building of 22 Mahalla Committee and the same building adjacent to the graveyard under the initiative of Mostafa-Hakim Welfare Foundation.
A discussion meeting was held at the Dewanhat office of former Mayor M Manjur Alam. During the meeting, the leaders of the committee handed over the application form for the building and the design of the building to Manzoor Alam.
Manjur Alam said people are dying. Every man has to taste death. Life on this earth is fleeting. Everyone has to remember the Hereafter. Think of eternal life. The beginning of which is not the end. The only capital for the lonely life of the grave is the human process. This is the only path to the ground.
He said, “Due to the construction of hefjakana and orphanages beside the graveyard, regular prayer and religious activities to seek forgiveness of the Qur’an teloyat, zikir, graveyards and their religious activities, I believe that their souls will get some peace.”
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Twenty-Mahalla Committee, Mohammad Yousuf, Vice-President Shawkat Hossain, Joint Secretary Manjurul Alam, Md. Salauddin, Organizing Secretary Mohammad Ali and Mohammad Tarek, Religious Affairs Secretary Nurul Haque, Executive Member Jahed Hossain, Shawkat Ali, Chief Engineer of Mostafa-Hakim Group Bapul Chakma, Awami League leader Mohammad Ibrahim.
