A mosquito eradication campaign has been launched in Bonpara Municipality of Baraigram in Natore to prevent mosquito attack and prevent dengue. The campaign was officially inaugurated by Mayor and Municipal Awami League President KM Zakir Hossain at Bonpara Bazar on Sunday evening. Ward councilors Mohit Kumar Sarkar, Sharifunnesa Shirin and Sonavan Khatun, Pouro Secretary Abdul Hai, Accountant Delwar Hossain and other employees of the municipality were present at the time. At that time, Mayor KM Zakir Hossain said, in order to build a mosquito-free municipality, medicines will be applied in all the wards in phases.
At the same time, he appealed to the citizens to cooperate in eradicating mosquitoes by keeping their homes and their surroundings clean and tidy.
