Global Attire Limited, one of the leading readymade garments manufacturers in Bangladesh, on Tuesday started a special month-long medical campaign program on the occasion of the Victory Day.
‘Safe life’, a volunteer organization of the students of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department of Gono Bishwabidyalay, is assisting the Global Attire Limited on the technical issues to organize the program.
Under the month-long medical campaign, the workers working in the organization will be given blood group diagnosis, Tuberculosis, AIDS, Syphilis, Hepatitis detection and Vaccination at low-cost and free in many cases.
Teachers of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department of Gono Bishwabidyalay Dr Shakil Mahmud and Dr Fuad Hossain, Micro-Biology Department’s teacher Md Shah Alam, Global Attire’s GM Kaukab Uddin Ahmed and HR Manager M A Karim Rana, among others, were present at the inauguration session of the campaign.
