Quazi Monirul Islam and Md Mahbubur Rahman have been elected President and General Secretary of the Employees Association of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) respectively.The election was held at BUET in the city on Monday. Other office-bearers are Vice-Presidents Md Fakgrul Islam Hazra and Md Helal Uddin, Assistant General Secretary Md Shamim Miah Sarker, Treasurer Md Abdur Rahman, Organising Secretary Mohammad Adil, Publicity Secretary Md Al Masud and Office Secretary Md Amanul Huq.
