On the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr viewers’ choice popular model and TV actress Monalisa worked in two serials and two fraction plays. In the middle of June, she will work three more plays on the occasion of Eid. Of these, one is serial and another two single episode plays.
On Wednesday, Monalisa has started shooting of an Eid play titled Antorjatik Mama under Sumon’s direction in the city’s Uttara area. Mehrab Zahid wrote story of the play. Saju Khadem is working against her in the play.
Therefore, to take part in shooting of SA Haque Alik’s Eid serial titled Bhalobasa Bhalobasi Monalisa will have to go to Cox’s Bazar soon. Viewers will watch her with new gate-up in the six-episode serial, Alik said.
Meanwhile, Monalisa will also work in Nuzhat Alvi Ahmed’s single episode play against Sajal. Overall Monalisa will pass very hectic days before Eid.
While talking in this regard Monalisa told this correspondent, “To work under fasting is very difficult task. I am working keeping fasting. These works will be aired in Eid. For this reason, despite facing tough and hectic times I am working for Eid. I accept this suffering only for my fans and viewers. Everybody of the unit is also working for them. If we give them pleasure and entertain during Eid our pains will become successful.”
It may be mentioned that Monalisa worked under Sajin Ahmed and Sagor Jahan’s two serials and Abu Raihan and Anonnyo Emon’s two single episode plays on the occasion of Eid. Mosharraf Karim, Sajal and Irfan Sajjad worked against Monalisa as her co-actors in these serials and plays.
