All on a sudden, recently popular TV actress and model Monalisa had to go to Singapore due to family reason. After returning to Bangladesh she started to take part in shooting of Eid serial at Jatrabari in the capital on May 17.
Under the direction of Sagor Jahan Monalisa is taking part in shooting of a serial titled Average Aslam, which script is also written by Sagor Jahan.
Besides this serial, Monalisa will also take part in shooting of another Eid serial titled D R Sulaiman. This six-episode serial will be made by Sajid Ahmed Babu. Mosharraf Karim is her co-actor in these two serials.
While talking about these two serials Monalisa told this correspondent, “Three years ago, I last acted in Eid serial Sikandar Box, which was also directed by Sahgor Jahan Bhai. After three years break, I have been working with Mosharraf Karim. I am feeling well now. I believe Average Aslam will be enjoyed by the viewers. In fact, I am very much optimistic about the serial. In the meantime, I am positive about Babu’s serial. Everybody pray for me as I can successfully finish works of these serials.”
Meanwhile, recently Monalisa has finished shooting Anonno Emon’s Eid play Phoenix Fly. Hillol and Sajal worked as her co-actors in the play.
From this week Monalisa performed a TV commercial of Jamuna Fan will go on air in different channels. Within very short time, she will also perform as a model in another TVC of Jamuna Fridge, Monalisa said.
