In case of play-back songs for movies,
popular folk singer and member of the Parliament Momtaz Begum has demand among the audience. If there is any necessity to render play-back song, director,
producer and music director of that song
think the name of Momtaz. For this
reason, a movie demanded the voice of Momtaz for a play-back song, she lent her voice for the song having keen interest from related persons of that movie. Title
of the song is: Ek ek ajob buro khoka, Mathai ghure khelar poka. Composed by Afarat Mohsin Nidhi, lyrics of the song were
written by Russell Mahmud. Momtaz informed that recording of the song was done at Nidhi’s studio in the capital’s Niketan area at night on August 18. This song will be used in Raihan Rafi’s movie Damal. Momtaz is very much excited
to render this song. After completing recording of the song, she expressed her excitement to lend her voice for the song. She said, “I have liked lyrics and tunes of the song. Earlier, under Nidhi’s composition I rendered a song. Music composition of this play-back song is so nice that
it always moves around my head. It has become really a nice song. I believe
everybody will like this song. In fact, there are some songs which can create trust and belief. This song is like that.” Momtaz
first lent her voice for
play-back song in late Tareque Masud directed movie Matir Moyna.
