Captain of Bangladesh Cricket (Test) team Mominul Haque took part in his practice session at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city’s Mirpur on Tuesday.
It may be mentioned that members of Bangladesh Cricket team are now in New Zealand to play three-match ODI series and three-match T20I series against the Kiwis.
Mominul ran 200 meter race at the big bowl for ten times.
The newsmen said to Mominul, ” Do you start your practice marking the upcoming Sri Lanka Test series?”
Mominul replied that he did not play ODI or T20I matches.
Then he returned to his previous place to participate in his practice sessions.
The reporters were interested to talk to Mominul. But Mominul said he has no interest to talk to the newsmen as three is a restriction for them to talk to the press.
It may be mentioned that Bangladesh Test team suffered a humiliating defeat to the West Indies in their home ground recently.
So, Mominul wants to come out from that bitter experience.
Bangladesh Cricket (Test) team will tour Sri Lanka in the mid of the April to play a two-match Test series against the islanders.
