Top order batsman Mominul Haque said 300 runs is quite a good total in the first innings as the Khulna wicket is very difficult to bat.
Mominul (80), the top scorer of Bangladesh innings, said “The team’s score could have been much better if I was not out and my wicket was a bonus for the opponent bowlers.”
When asked whether 300 runs will be an easy target for Pakistan to chase, the left handed batsman firmly said their bowlers have the ability to produce good performance and restrict Pakistani batsman.
He said their plan is to play the whole second day and try to collect runs as much as possible, he added that they still have some key batsman like Mushfiqur Rahim and Shakib Al Hasan to play for tomorrow.
