Chittagong University former Chhatra League Leader Diyaz Irfan Chowdhury’s mother now only seeks the publication of the autopsy report of her son-Diyaz as no outlining has been sketched after seven month to the mysterious death has passed.
“Now I’m totally perplexed due to the investigation and autopsy report seem to be hided and the case headed for no light against the time” Jaheda Amin Chowdhury, Diyaz Irfan Chowdhury’s mother told.
She made the comment in an Iftar-Pary at Hotel Zaman on Friday, thrown in respect of Diyaz Irfan, allegedly killed by the leaders and activists of BCL rival-group On November 20 last year at the university adjacent rented house. She was frequently burst into tear and saying her son was killed and after the killing, the killers hang the body with ceiling fan.
Appealing to the Premier Sheikh Hasina for ensuring the trial of the killing, she asked to ensure the publication of the autopsy report at least, saying if the party somehow would face any loses by the trial of Diyaz, She never seek the punishment of the killer.
The Banglar Mukh, a political platform for CU factional-BCL group, established by Diyaz held the iftar party where Diayaz’s fellows, his sister Saiyeda Sarwar Chowdhury Nisha, Adv Basanti Prova Palit, General Secretary of Chittagong North District, CU dissolved committee vice president Mohammad Mamun, Soumen Palita, Rashed Hossain were present.
