Md Mohashin Miah has joined as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in First Finance Limited recently, said a press release.
Prior to this post Mohashin Miah was the Additional Managing Director of Meghna Bank Ltd where he also temporarily been assigned to perform as the Managing Director & CEO (current charge) in several occasions.
Md Mohashin Miah stared his banking carrier with Sonali Bank in 1984 followed by Banque Indosuez Dhaka and some other Commercial Banks.
He attended numbers of internationally recognized seminars and workshops in America, Europe, Middle East and Far Eastern Countries, the release said.
His contribution in preparing Foreign Exchange Risk Mgt. Guideline and Asset Liability Mgt. Guideline as the member of Focus Group formed by Bangladesh Bank and successful arrangement of Global Trade Finance Program (GTFP) of IFC (International Finance Corporation) for Dhaka Bank Ltd. are the notable recognitions of his career.
