The ‘Be a Warrior’ campaign exhorts people not to close their eyes and be silent when they spot drug abuse, but to report it to the police. The nearly five-minute video shows drug abuse on the streets and in club, and how remaining silent in fact, harms those who don’t report it. The video also has a message from Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
