Eves Cricket: Mohammedan SC earn 8-wkt win over BKSP

Dhaka Mohammedan SC earned a convincing eight- wicket victory over BKSP in the Dhaka Premier Division Women’s Cricket Super League at the BKSP ground-4 in Savar on Tuesday.
BKSP batted first after winning the toss and were all out for 87 runs in 46.5 overs with only Nahida Akhter contributing the double figure scoring an unbeaten 48 runs off 115 balls, featuring seven fours.
The 2nd highest 13 runs of the BKSP innings came from extras.
Mohammedan skipper Salma Khatun made the major damage in BKSP innings grabbing six wickets for 11 runs in her 8.5 overs spell with four maiden and was adjudged the player of the match.
Pakistani captain Sana Mir, Eti Mondal and Rumana Ahmed took one wicket each conceding 5, 11 and 24 runs respectively.
In reply, Mohammedan SC easily reached their target scoring the match-winner 88 runs for the loss of two wickets in only 18 overs.
Pakistani Bismah Maroof hammered an unbeaten 40 runs off 44 balls featuring five fours, opener Ruby Haider made 33-ball 26 runs hitting six four while Sana Mir scored not out 15 runs off 18 balls including two boundaries.
Sanjida Akhter and Nahidsa Akhter took one wicket each conceding 15 and 22 runs respectively.
