Mohammed Amirul Haque, Chairman of Premier Cement Mills Limited, presiding over its 16thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) at the Chittagong Club Limited, S.S. Khaled Road, Chattagram on Wednesday. The AGM approves 10 percent cash dividend for the year 2018. Directors- Md. Jahangir Alam, Mohammed Ershadul Hoque and Independent Director Tariq Ahmed were also present.
