Sports Reporter :Former spinner of Bangladesh National Cricket team Mohammad Rafique has been appointed the Bowling Coach of Rangpur Riders. Rangpur Riders will take part in the upcoming third edition of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). Mohammad Rafique said to this journalist on Wednesday, ” I have got proposal from Rangpur Riders recently to act as Bowling Coach of Rangpur Riders. I have taken their offer and I shall act as a Bowling Coach of Rangpur Riders.”Rangpur Riders included best all-rounder of the world Shakib Al Hasan, spinner Arafat Sunny, spinner Saqlain Sajib and Murad Khan in their squad.Earlier, Mohammad Rafique was the Bowling Coach of Dhaka Gladiators.Mohammad Rafique, the former left-arm spinner of Bangladesh National Cricket team played 33 Test matches and 125 One Day International (ODI) matches. He bagged 100 Test wickets and claimed 125 ODI wickets.He scored 1059 runs in Test cricket and scored 1191 runs in ODI cricket.
