Govt to procure 16,420 tonnes Aman paddy from Sylhet Div

Sylhet Correspondent :The Food Department has taken up a programme for procure 16,420 tonnes of rice from the four districts of Sylhet division this season. Of the total, 15,000 tonnes are Atap and the rest 1420 tonnes are boiled rice, official sources said.Regional Controller of Food, Sylhet Division, Md Anisuzzaman informed.
