Mohammad Masoom, Managing Director of Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited (BD Finance) and Shahidul Islam, Secretary of Uttaran (an NGO), exchanging agreement signing documents at BD Finance head office in the city on Monday. Under the deal, Uttaran will enjoy optimum facility to finance the micro credit programme towards uplifting of socio-economic development under targeting segments in the south east region of the country. Top officials from both the organizations were present.
