The 9th Executive Committee consisting 17 members was elected and formed recently for the next two years through the General Election-2018 of the Executive Committee of GTCL Officers’ Welfare Association which is the sole organization of the officials of Gas Transmission Company Limited (GTCL).
Engineer Md. Mofizur Rahman, DPD (Dhanua-Nalka Gas Pipeline Project) was elected as the President and K. M. Abdus Sabur, Manager (Administration) was elected as General Secretary.
Besides, Moinuddin Ahmed, DGM (Security & Estate) and Shah Md Hanif Miah, Manager (Bills) were elected as Vice-Presidents and Iqbal Bahar Faruqi, Manager (Pipeline) as Assistant General Secretary of the committee.
In the Executive Committee Md. Shahin Mridha as Organizational Secretary, AKM Moniruzzaman as Finance Secretary, Mallik Shakir Ar-Rahi as Publicity and Publication Secretary, AKM Mynul Huque as Sports and Cultural Secretary, Obaidul Haque as Office Secretary and Md. Arif Billah, Md. Shafiqul Islam Mia, Oliur Rahman & Md. Abdur Razzak were elected as members of the Executive Committee.
The newly elected committee took charge on June 6 last.
