Most advanced Ultrasonography and renal biopsy machines have been introduced at the Paediatric Nephrology Department in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).
BSMMU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Kamrul Hasan Khan opened the new equipment at the second floor of D-Block in the university on Thursday.
The paediatric nephrology department has entered into a new era through the introduction of the new equipment which would facilitate scope to diagnose severe diseases like renal biopsy easily and physician would able to prescribe effective treatment to the patient.
Speaking on the occasion, Kamrul Hasan Khan said Bangladesh’s health services have reached at a promising stage overcoming lots of limitations.
