Moderate to thick fog may occur over the country during midnight to today’s morning and it may continue at places till noon, said a met office press release here on Tuesday.
The release also said mild cold wave is sweeping over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions and the regions of Tangail, Madaripur, Faridpur, Gopalgonj, Barisal, Satkhira, Jessore, Chuadanga Kushtia and it may continue.
Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country by 9 am today.
Night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country during the period.
Minimum temperature of the country was recorded on Tuesday 7.7 degrees celsius at Rajshahi division and maximum temperature at 24.7 degrees celsius in Teknaf of Chittagong division on Monday.
