A mobile court of Chittagong District Administration (CDA) yesterday sentenced a drug addicts at city’s Bakalia area.
Executive magistrate of Chittagong district administration Shahdat Hossain awarded four months imprisonment to Kazi Wahidul Alam, said Mohammad Mohsin, Officer-in-charge (OC) of Bakalia thana. Wahidul Alam,40, son of Sekandor, hails from Miakhan Nagar area under Bakalia thana in the city.
Wahid was arrested with five pieces of Yaba from Miakhan Nagar area under city’s Bakalia thana at 10am today and handed him over to the mobile court, said the OC of Bakalia thana.
