A mobile court of District Administration in Kishoreganj has imposed fines Tk 115,000 on four business establishments and a tank lorry driver in Bhairab Port Town on Tuesday.
The mobile court led by Bhairab ‘s AC (Land) and Executive Magistrate Md. Julhas Hossain Sourav. The mobile courts conducted at Tantarkandi, Chawkbazar in Bhairab Bazar, Jamuna Depot in Bhairab Bazar.
Bashir Chemical Coil Factory fined Tk 30000 due to lack of registration certificate for product packaging and lack of health examination certificate for employees. Amin Products Corporation’s Mustard Oil Factory was fined Tk 35,000, a tanker was used to transport fuel oil without a valid calibration certificate from Jamuna Depot for Tk 10,000, food was prepared in unhealthy environment, expired certificate was used for Tk 30,000 and health rules were not violated, Hossain store fines Tk 10,000 for selling fake baby food.
Four companies and a tank lorry driver were fined in a mobile court on Tuesday afternoon for conducting operation.
When contact to Additional District Magistrate (ADM) in Kishoreganj Farzana Khanam said, Administration is conducting regional operation.
