Mobile court of district administration of Chittagong in their routine drive against the food adulternatiion three persons rounded up from city area yesterday morning.
The drive launched in Oxygen and Kulgaon area in the city. Executive Magistrate Tahmilur Rahman led the mobile court duly accompanied by RAB, CAB officials, members of market monitoring committee .
Sources said these two factories are running their business without any valid licence, brand and BSTI certificate.
Mobile court sources said these unnamed factories were bottling mixing pump oil and low grade soyabean in the super oil. One factory named as Paribar Super Oil without any legal documents. Mobile court forces rounded up three persons from these factories and sealed off.
