The 25th Annual General Meeting of Meghna Life Insurance Company Limited was held on Wednesday through virtually. Chairman of the company Nizam Uddin Ahmed, presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Nasir Uddin Ahmed Pavel, Riaz Uddin Ahamed, Director and NC Rudra, CEO of the company also attended the meeting The AGM approved 30percent dividend (15% Cash & 15% Stock) for the year 2020. The shareholders spoke on the occasion and expressed their satisfaction about the business performance of the company during 2020. They also thanked the management for giving good service of the year 2020.
