Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF), a non-government organization on Thursday announced it is forming children protection committees at district level to prevent violence against women and children.
The right organization came up with the announcement in a protest rally demanding justice against the rising repression of women and children across the country at central Shaheed Minar.
Executive director of MJF Shaheen Anam asked all their grassroots members to form children protection committee in needed areas and district level, that would prevent violence against women and children, said a press release.
