Dead body of a missing student of Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET) was found at Guriakhali beach in Sitakunda upazila on Wednesday afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Nakib Mohammad Khabbar-a 13th batch student of Civil Engineering department of CUET.
The CUET Public Relation Officer Rashed Hossain said that Nakib had been missing since 1:30pm on Tuesday from the beach with six of his friends while they were taking bath.
