Miscreants stabbed to death a night guard at Chandpur in katiadi upazila of Kishoreganj on Thursday midnight.
The victim was identified as Mitu Miah (60) son of late Abdur Rahim in Chandpur village of Katiadi upazila.
Victim’s Mitu Miah working night duty at a fisheries joint project of Selim, Mujibur , Jasim in Nizumpurua of Katiadi upazila.
Katiadi Model Police Station officer -in-charge (OC,) M.A. Jalil told the New Nation that received on information Police rushed to spot and body recovered.
Police also arrested 4 men in this connection.
The body was sent to Kishoreganj General Hospital mourge for
autopsy.
