Secretary General of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Monday admitted to United Hospital in the city as he experienced a chest pain.
The BNP leader has been kept under observation at the United
Hospital, Shamsuddin Didar, a Member of BNP Chairperson’s Media Wing said.
The Secretary General suddenly felt “chest pain” in the morning and his blood pressure was fluctuating. As a result Mirza Fakhrul was admitted to the hospital at 10:00am.
Meanwhile, BNP Standing Committee Member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury said that Fakhrul was shifted to a cabin of the hospital as his condition is good now.
