Versatile actor and director Mir Sabbir has been acting for more than two decades. Among his contemporary actors, he is one of the busiest actors now. As a part of social responsibility, Sabbir acts in those works which carry messages to the people and the society. In the meantime, when he acts in comedy story based dramas there must have message. For this reason, he has numerous fans in and outside the country. He always remains careful while selection of story to work. As a part of its continuation, Sabbir-starrer and Firoz Kabir Dollar directed drama Hello Madam, own directed drama Baap Betar Modhumas, BTV produced drama Hamba Dotcom, Hanif Sanket’s drama Juger Hujuge and Bornonath’s drama Borshikoron Vaccine created viewers’ attention. All these were faction dramas.
According to Sabbir, he is getting more response to
act in Mostafa Monon directed seven-episode serial Gangster Goni, which was aired on Deepto TV during Eid-ul-Azha. Besides these, Sabbir was also seen to
act in Jewel Hasan’s seven-episode serial Alga Pirit, Bornonath’s serial Halkar Upor Jhapsa and SA Haque Alik’s serial Kurbanir Birat Haat.
While talking about his Eid works Sabbir said, “This Eid I got huge response for acting in drama Hello Madam. I give thanks to director of this drama Firoz Kabir Dollar. Therefore, I liked story concept of drama Juger Hujuge. However, I am also getting response for BTV produced drama Hamba Dotcom. Overall, my works in this Eid were really impressive. My directed only drama also got appreciation from the viewers.” Meanwhile, Mir Sabbir also said that he has already finished works of his first directed government-grant movie Raat Jaga Phul. Very soon he will submit it to the Censor Board, the actor added.
