Popular TV actor and director Mir Sabbir is for the first time giving direction of a TV serial titled Bideshi Chhele for BTV. The
shooting of the serial is currently underway, said a press release.
Mir Sabbir, who will appear in an important role in the serial, has also written the screenplay for the production. Besides Mir Sabbir, the drama serial also stars Deepa Khandakar, Shahed Ali, Shilpi Sharkar Apu, among others.
While talking about acting and also giving direction of the serial, Mir Sabbir said, “I will always give credit to BTV for my fame and success. This place feels like home and I am glad that I am able to direct drama series for this channel. This is a family drama.
It encapsulates the happiness and sorrows that families go through. To be quite honest, BTV has the most modern facilities required for such projects. Producing a show here, gives me another level of satisfaction.”
Mir Sabbir also said that after completing shooting of Bideshi Chhele, he will start shooting for another drama for upcoming
Eid-ul-Azha.
