Besides making telefilms, Mir Sabbir also makes plays on the occasion of Eid every year. In this case, he not only gives direction but also writes stories of these plays and telefilms.
Like previous years, Mir Sabbir also made two plays for Eid-ul-Azha. These are: Bap Beta Modern and Abar Kaillya Chora.
He has already finished shooting of Bap Beta Modern. Chitralekha Guha acted against him in this play where Sayeed Babu played the role of Sabbir’s son. It will be aired on Gtv.
On August 30, shooting of another play Abar Kaillya Chora will be finished. It will be aired on Rtv. Therefore, in Eid, Sabbir will be also seen as Mr Perfectionist. He will be seen to play the title role in Shuvro Khan and Sraboni Ferdous directed play Mr Perfectionist. The whole story of the play is revolved with Sabbir where Sporshia acted against him.
Meanwhile, this Eid Mir Sabbir will be also seen in Salauddin Lavlu’s six episode Eid serial Bondhu Tumi Shotru Tumi, Hanif Sangket’s Bhul Koro Na Bhul Dharona, Shahid Un Nabi’s three episodes serial titled Bou Shwashurir Barabari, Imraul Rafat’s Cold War, Georges’s Vice City, among others works.
