A minor girl was strangulated to death allegedly by the neighbor due to previous family feud at Thalta village under Durgapur union of Kahaloo upazila in Bogra recently.
The dead body was recovered from the drainage of Shallow-Tube well from the back side of the house of the deceased’s parents on Tuesday early morning.
The deceased was identified as Niha allies Shapna Khatun, age two and half year, daughter of Sazzad Hossain of Thalta village under the upazila. Victim’s family members said that the daughter went missing on Monday evening from the house yard and after a long search the dead body was found from the drain of the shallow tube wells on Tuesday morning.
