A class six girl student of a private cadet school was missing since Saturday afternoon. The father of the girl filed a general diary with Jhenaidah Sadar police in this connection.
Amin Kazi, a resident of Arpara village of Kaliganj upazila in Jhenaidah said, his daughter Nupur Khatun, 11, had been studying in class six in Shahin Cadet School in Jhenaidah town. Availing the Eid-ul- Azha vacation she returned the school on Saturday morning and attended the classes there accordingly till afternoon of the day.
Later at about 7.00 pm, a teacher of the school phoned him (Amin Kazi) that Nupur was missing since 4.00 pm. When he contacted the director of the school Mojammel Hossain, he denied of this sort of incident. As Nupur could not be found till midnight, Amin Kazi filed a general diary with Jhenaidah Sadar police in this connection.
