An 11- year old girl was gang- rapped by identified miscreants in Monirakanda village under Pakundia upazila of Kishoreganj district on Monday evening.
The victim was identified as Suma Akther daughter of Md. Mainuddin, student of class five.
The victim was admitted to the one stop crisis center of Kishoreganj 250- Bed General Hospital said Officer-in-Charge (OC) Hasan Al Mamun.
Police have already arrested the rapist Saju Miah (21) from Mirzali Miah residence in Monirakand area of Pakundia.
Family sources said she went out on Monday noon to go to her friend’s house at Monirakanda in Pakundia.
The victim’s father field a case against four miscreants named Saju Miah, Uzzal, Jowel and Nurul Islam in this connection with Pakundia Police Station.
The arrested man was being interrogated in this connection.
