One minor child was killed in a road mishap on Thursday midnight.
The child named Md. Rihan was rammed by a speedy truck at Mansartek under Patiya thana in Chittagong who died on the spot police sources said.
Police sources said chitagong bound speedy truck collides a auto-rickshaw on Chittagong- Cox’sBazar highway at Mansartak leaving the minor child died on the spot and six other auto-rickshaw passenger critically injured.
Chittagong Medical college police camp sources said these family members were moving towards to their village home in Patiya at night but a Chittagong- bound truck collides the taxi .
In the incident seven including driver of taxi were injured critically and the critically injured passengers rushed to hospital where Rihan succumbs to his injury in hospital, sources said.
The other injured now under tsreatment in the hospital. A death has been lodged with the concerned thana,sources said.
