Saint Gregory’s High School emerged the champions of the 5th Health First Mini Rugby Competition when they defeated Rahmatullah Model High School by 29-5 points in the final at the Paltan Maidan on Saturday. Rahmatullah Model High School became runners-up of the rugby meet. Hamim of Saint Gregory’s High School was adjudged the Player of the Tournament.
After the final match General Secretary of Bangladesh Archery Federation and Treasurer of Bangladesh Olympic Association Razibuddin Ahmed Chapal distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest. Chairman of the Tournament Committee Rashiduzzaman Serniabat, General Secretary of Bangladesh Rugby Federation (BRF) Mousum Ali, Joint-Secretary of BRF Sayeed Ahmed and Secretary of the Tournament Committee Md Sirajul Islam were present at the time.
