A mini gold cup football tournament has been concluded recently in city’s Gandaria. Gandaria Social Welfare Society arranged the tournament.
As Chief Guest, Alhajj Saidur Rahman Shahid, former councilor and former acting Mayor of Dhaka City Corporation, distributed prizes to the winners clubs at DIT Plot premises recently.
Ward-47, Councilor Sahana Akter among others was present as Special Guest while Haji Shahzahan Mintu, President of the society presided over the programme.
Shina Anisur Rahman Nayon, the Secretary General of the society was overall coordinator of the tournament and the prize giving programme.
Baganbari Boys Club won the gold cup as champion while Mohammadia Boys Club become runners up in the tournament.
