Miley Cyrus is back with a new single which truly voices our feelings, Nothing Breaks Like a Heart. After sharing the teaser earlier this week, the 26-year-old, shared the song with her fans on social media.
The song is Cyrus’ first release since she dropped the album Younger Now more than a year ago. It comes just a few days after the songstress and beau Liam Hemsworth lost their Malibu home in the raging California wildfires.
“These silver bullet cigarettes / this burning house, there’s nothing left/ it’s smoking, we both know it,” Cyrus sings in the first verse. The Wrecking Ball singer has collaborated with musician Mark Ronson for the first time for the single.
Meanwhile, Ronson has famously worked with a number of hit female singers – from Lady Gaga on Joanne and A Star Is Born to Dua Lipa on Silk City’s Electricity to Amy Winehouse on her breakthrough Back to Black album. The duo is also set to appear as the musical guests for ‘Saturday Night Live’ for the December 15 show.
