Like previous years, the Ashekane Maizbhandari Association will observe the holy ‘Eid-e-Miladunnabi’ this year with due religious festivity and fervour to mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SM).
On the occasion, the organisation will arrange various programmes, including ‘Jashne Julush’, in the city tomorrow (Friday).
The day-long programme will begin through holding discussion and waj mahfil at Railway Ground at Shahjahanpur in the city at 9:00 am. The function
will be addressed by renowned Islamic scholars of the country.
Peer of Maizbhandar Darbar Shareef Alhajj Maulana Sayed Mujibul Bashar Al Hasani Al-Maizbhandari will be present as the chief guest. Awami League’s senior leader and Industry Minister Amir Hossain Amu, Civil Aviation Minister Rashed Khan Menon and BNP’s senior leader and former minister Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan will attend the function as the special guests, among others.
The Maizbhandari Association will bring out the Jashne Julush procession at 11:30 am from the venue. Later, the akheri munazat will be held.
