The government on Sunday rescheduled the holiday of Eid-e-Miladunnabi, the day of birth and demise of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SM), to December 25 from December 24.
The holiday has been rescheduled through an executive order, said a handout of PID.
Earlier, on Saturday, National Moon Sighting Committee decided to
observe the Eid-e-Miladunnabi on December 25 as the moon of Rabiul Awal was not sighted anywhere in Bangladesh.
