M Kamal Uddin has been elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mercantile Insurance Company Limited for nine consecutive years. He was elected at the company’s 193’rd Board of Directors meeting held recently virtually.
Besides, Md Nabiullah was re-elected as Vice-Chairman and Md Nurul Amin was also re-elected as Chairman of the Executive Committee.
On the other hand, Md. Shah Alam was re-elected as Chairman of the NRC and Independent Director – Nur Amin was elected as Chairman of the Audit Committee in the meeting, said a press release.
