Metro Spinning approved 2pc cash dividend: Metro Spinning Limited unanimously approved 2 percent cash dividend for the FY 2019-2020. The declaration came out at its 25thAnnual General Meeting held on Sunday through digital platform. Chairman of the company Mohammad Ali Khokon, chaired the meeting, said a press release. At the AGM Mohammad Ali Khokon replied to all the queries made by the shareholders with full enthusiasm and sincerity. Managing Director, along with the other directors showed gratitude to the shareholders for their kind support and suggestions and expressed their future expectations from them for the company to expand and flourish. The AGM also approved the Audited Annual Financial Statements along with director’s report.
