Bangladesh’s first-ever metro train left the capital’s Uttara for Agargaon without carrying any passenger on trial basis. The performance test of the metro train was conducted on the Uttara-Agargaon route at 9:39am on Sunday (December 12). Prior to the test run, all construction works of the metro coach were completed.
Earlier, on August 29, the first trial run of a metro train was conducted from Uttara’s Diabari to Pallabi.
