Metre reader a millionaire!

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has detected that that a metre reader of Bangladesh Power Distribution Company Limited (BPDCL) has accumulated huge wealth through illegal means.
The national anti-graft agency during its preliminary probe found that metre reader Md Mosharraf Hossain has a house worth Tk two crore in Narsingdi, 14 decimals of land in Gazipur and 3.12 acres of land in Mymensingh.
“The ACC has detected huge wealth owned by Mosharraf Hossain, now working in BPDCL’s Demra zone. He accumulated all the wealth illegally,” ACC spokesmen Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told UNB.
The ACC also found 3.4 acres of land owned by Mosharraf, which he got from his father.
