Minister for civil aviation and tourism and President of Bangladesh Workers party Rashed Khan Menon said there is no opportunities for krishak and sramiks in the parliament as they are poor and we should think over their inclusion in parliament. He said parliament for the aff luent persons. He disclosed it while addressing the workers conference of district Workers Party at JM Sen hall in city on Friday evening as chief guest. In his brief deliverations,the Minister said workers are neglected inBangladesh , and the time of second pay commission for govt employees near the door whereas pay commission for the workers, krishaks yet to be declared . He also said govt is trying to boost up jut ne mills sector but di d not think about the fate of jute mills workers.
He further said the cultivators of jute are not getting proper price of thejute and the downtrend prices of raw jute from very beginning of the season is witnessing. President of the district committee of WP Abu Hanif presided over the workers meet duly moderated by acting general secretry Sharif chowhan. Central secretry of WP Amirul Hoque spoke in it as special guest.
