Members of Bangladesh Cricket team returned to the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Friday from Zimbabwe.
Bangladesh T20 Cricket team lost to Zimbabwe Cricket by 1-2 in the three-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series at the Harare Sports Club Ground in Zimbabwe recently.
Later, Bangladesh ODI Cricket team tasted a 1-2 defeat to Zimbabwe Cricket team in the three-match One Day International (ODI) series at the same venue recently.
Bangladesh lost to Zimbabwe by five wickets in the first ODI on August 5.
Bangladesh suffered a five-wicket defeat to Zimbabwe in the second ODI on August 7.
However, Bangladesh Cricket team regained their prestige as they crushed Zimbabwe by 105 runs in the third and last ODI on August 10.
The cricketers of Bangladesh will not get much time for recess as the Asia Cup Cricket is knocking at the door. The Asia Cup Cricket, the most prestigious cricket meet of Asia will start from August 27 at the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This edition of Asia Cup will be held in T20 format. Bangladesh cricketers will start their practice sessions very soon marking the upcoming Asia Cup.
Meanwhile, The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will announce the Bangladesh T20 squad today for the forthcoming Asia Cup.
