Medical students asked not to be influenced by coaching centres

Director of Medical Education of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Professor ABM Abdul Hannan advised the medical students not to be influenced by coaching centres.
He said this while discussing about the medical admission test with the journalists on Tuesday morning.
The Director said: “The students should never be influenced by coaching centres, rather, they should concentrate on their studies.”
About the admission test, he said, “The applications for admission have already
 been received by us. We have now started preparation for holding the admission test on October 24.”
A total of 68,442 students will be competing for 3,162 MBBS seats, 532 BDS seats, 4,800 seats in medical studies and 1,050 seats in private medical and dental colleges.
