Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, Chairman, Jamuna Bank Foundation, Shaheen Mahmud, Chairman, Risk Management Committee, Md. Rafiqul Islam, Chairman, Audit Committee, other directors of the bank, Managing Director Shafiqul Alam and AMD Mosleh Uddin Ahmed were present in the meeting. The Board reviewed at length the overall operational aspects of the bank and took some pragmatic steps for their expansion and more improvement.
